Previous attempts [edit]

Rumors of a Harry Potter-themed surface area at a Universal Studios park or a Disney park started to broadcast in 2003.[10] [11] However, the rights to the Harry Potter franchise had been caused by Warner Bros., who denied all the rumors.[12] In 2001, Time Warner used this license to construct and operate the Harry Potter Moving picture Magic Experience at Warner Bros.
