Missing points

As I read from some other person y'all consummate a written report and so after you terminate and submit it information technology gives you lot the 5 points instead of what you should've gotten. Also I have done several of the discovery items they tell you lot to exercise just them don't get the points for them. I've lost over 6000 points due to this happening and when I reported it sometimes I get my points back sometimes they don't even respond to my emails, some the help section doesn't let yous send the complaint and sometimes they give yous the run around and you still loose the points. I've made a lot of money off this app so overall I accept no problems with it I simply quit doing the discovery points

Issues with app that website doesn't have

Been using mypoints for years. Love it just the app stinks. A lot of the time I try to use the portal to shop, MP is like a window frame around the store I'thousand shopping. Sometimes I'm unable to completely scroll down in the store considering MPs frame overlaps part of the shop view. Happens when I try to checkout, the checkout push button is below MPs frame and it won't let me scroll downwards far plenty. (iPhone SE). Don't take issues if I use a browser to open MP and link to a shop, just with the app. Also surveys stink. Sometimes I'm trying to zoom out to read the print on a survey, and I'll accidentally swipe correct. And the screen will revert to the main survey folio. Simply the survey I was on is now gone. And then I don't go to complete it. Besides sometimes as I'g completing a survey, there seems to be a bug and the app freezes. And I have no option but to forcefulness quit the app. And lose credit for the survey. Claiming monthly bonus points is difficult, information technology's a hint to find where to claim them. Since information technology's once a month, I never recall where information technology is. On the website it'south easy to observe. App has express use, but information technology's seriously annoying to spend 15 minutes on a survey, only to lose it. The one I lost today was a week-long participation survey that would have paid out real$. Not happy.

I have belonged to my points for many years now. Final yr I downloaded the app to my phone and everything was fine. It was so easy to use the magic receipts for in store shopping. A month or two ago they did an update and magic receipts are no longer easy to apply. Tonight I can't fifty-fifty submit my grocery receipt which would have five items on it. I have been able to upload my receipts since the update (with difficulty) , but now it won't let me do that. I've closed and restarted the app and even turned off my phone. Unremarkably when you desire to submit a receipt, you lot showtime select the store. Then the products you bought. And so upload the receipt. Now when I click on submit receipt, nothing happens.
